Rhodes provided the most thorough hearing exam I've probably had in my life. The HIS, Tabitha, that administered and interpreted the hearing test for me explained well the hearing aids she thought might help me, their features and benefits, but I did not feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision. I came back a week or two later and Josh, whom I knew to be part of the Rhodes family, matched up the instruments I'd chosen with my hearing weaknesses. I left hearing MUCH better, with great confidence Rhodes would be there for me in the future and that I had received great value for the money I'd spent....

Very friendly and answered all my questions, was given a set of hearing aids to try and very happy with them. Not sure on what I will end up with but I have say I am happy so far. I was also happy to see that they didn't push the high end item on me, actually wanted me to start with the less expensive set first. I do plan on getting something better but glad to know that I will end up with something that works for me. I will update once I decide what all I want. Had a repair needed and got in quickly and was offered a replacement while mine was being repaired. Every visit is very pleasant as staff always willing to assist. Highly recommend Rhodes for all hearing needs. Recently received a new set with two microphones in each new ones are better fit with Bluetooth relay directly to my b earing aid.
