I first "discovered" K.E.G. Computer Repair a couple years ago. My daughter was having issues with her laptop while trying to finish several end of term college projects... she was in a state of panic. I called Kip and said he would look at it right away. He was able to diagnose the problem quick... ordered a new part... he followed up quickly with us... and got my daughters laptop back to her in no time. She was able to finish her college projects without any problems. I just recently sent an email asking if K.E.G. had any laptops that I could possibly purchase for my other daughter. Kip was Great and I cant recommend him enough. he'd get 10 stars if it were an option. I called out of the blue on a Sunday afternoon when my home office computer crashed. I had a bunch of unfinished work and bids that we're due and was in a panic thinking I'd lost everything. Even after he'd closed up for the day, he had me bring it over and was able to get all of my unfinished documents recovered and emailed back to me. So that I could finish them on another computer.
