Dollar General — Local services in Brookside Village

I made an online order using coupons. It said I had a free delivery so I utilized that offer. I picked to have it delivered between 4 and 5 pm. At 451 my order was canceled. I called the store and the phone was complete crap it kept cutting out and I could barely hear the associate when they FINALLY answered the phone. I got zero explanation as why my order was canceled and the associate was very rude to me and ended up hanging up on me. She refused to give me her name also. I told her now my coupons are gone and she stated no they should be on there. Well they are not. Horrible customer service horrible attitude and just a crappy way to treat customers. This was my first time to this store and I had very positive thoughts initially. They lost it all at checkout because they only had self checkout and the screen said "secured" in small type with no one around to help. You could not scan anything. I gave up, put some frozen items back and left. I strive to give fair and honest reviews, but would suggest going to other Dollar Generals that have staffed registers. I have no plans to visit this...
