The price over the phone was way different than when they finished! I know the price was just an estimate on the phone but I was told the price started at $80 and $10 for Olaplex before they knew I was using a coupon she said it would probably be around $110 and then my total after a 20% off coupon was $160 so without that coupon they would have charged me $200 to get heavy foils (highlights and lowlights). The staff here is incredible. Every last one of the ladies will bend over backwards in order to make a client happy. This salon has won my full time business just based on their accommodations in the past during a short visit. They fit me right in without having an appointment. They treated my children and myself with such care and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great experience. It is not easy to cut an 18 month old's hair with trimmers, but they did it...and it looks great! I love all of the local products from men and women right here in Springfield.
