I have had a wonderful experience working with Indy Rooftops. Over the past 8 months they have diligently supported me in a long, drawn-out negotiation with my insurance company over hail damage to my roof and guttering. With the help of Dan Mackesey and Brian Weddle (involving numerous phone calls and many trips to my house to gather info that should have been gathered by my insurer), I was able to negotiate a complete shingle replacement for my roof. Indy Rooftops helped me pick out a best-in-class shingle to replace my 40-year shingle and then fit me into an opening and replaced my roof – all within 3 days! The installation was done with great care and attention including cleanup afterward. My new roof looks great! And I look forward to many years ahead without issue, I am confident of continuing support by Indy Rooftops should I need it. All in all, Indy Rooftops has been professional, courteous, diligent and customer-focused. I would highly recommend them.

First I want to say I never write reviews but in this case I felt I needed to let anyone thinking of having a roof replaced look no further. This company from start to finish was superb. Lexi and Brian were the 2 people I worked with. I made a call to have an estimate on a roof replacement 2 layers. They came out promptly and walked me through the process and I had a thorough estimate that day. After deciding to use Rooftops a date was set for the project and every step of the process was excellent. The communication with Lexi was great and I had all my questions and concerns answered. They came out on the date set and completed the project the same day. After the work was done I had some concerns about an area of my roof and Lexi assured me they would take care of any issues and that they stood by their work. As it turned out I had an issue with the structure of an area of the roof. They actually removed a small area of shingles and fixed a semi broken rafter and re roofed the area at no charge even though it was not their fault.
