I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. Itās new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase.
