Stay away from this company. We are first time attendees of their auction and it will be our last.
My boyfriend and parents both bought equipment down there. If it wasn’t for needing to spend some money at the end of the year they wouldn’t have bought anything. Buyer Beware! They want your money even if it is their mistake and miss represented. If you refuse to take their mistake “you”ll be banned from ever attending one of our auctions again!” Issue No. 1 What happened to customer service? They are rude and disrespectful! Clearly miserable and feel they need to have attitudes with everyone. We get people have bad days but this seemed more than a bad day. We were polite and trying to get some understanding from them on what was going on. We don’t need the customer is always right attitude just a respectful demeanor would have been fine too. Issue No. 2 Pictures and descriptions didn’t match on equipment we were going to bid on online causing us to have travel there. No one answered the phone or returned our calls to ask questions or check measurements. Issue No. 3 Both my parents and my boyfriend had issues with their invoices. When it was pointed out one lady said to go talk to this guy and then that guy said to go talk to this guy who turned around and told us to go back and talk to the first lady. No one wanted to help but we weren’t going to pay for stuff we didn’t bid on. Each person was rude and acted like we were bothering them for the mistakes they made.

This place is a different place since the last time I came here. Descriptions on stuff online was wrong the picture didnt match. Glad Equipment Facts let us cancel our bids before we got stuck with stuff that wasnt rite. My cousin and I both tried calling on equipment to ask questions because stuff was covered or not pictures online and we didnt hear back. Its a 2 hour drive for us so we wanted to make sure the stuff was rite before driving. We got told by the lady that they are too busy to take calls. Office lady was rude nasty and laughed at us for expecting a call back when told to leave a message. My cousin and I didnt buy anything because of how we were treated. At the auction on friday tried talking to the kid mike when he was standing next to me and he was an arrogant prick of a guy. He was fine when talking to his buddy but I aso a question annd yep. Another guy next to us said it isnt the same anymore since their oldest boy and his wife left the business. Not sure when that happened but my dad and grandpa said they both worked with them and they were helpful and great people to deal with.
