HORRIBLE Customer Service from JILL, they need more training on customer service. This business is a SCAM, FLAKY and they'll see how they can get you for some extra money. I am a person who does NOT do the classic "I thought - I believed - I assumed" NOPE! So I ASK SPECIFICALLY and DIRECTLY my questions.

So I asked JILL how much my headboard was going to be and this was the conversation over TEXT MESSAGING:

JILL: This is the queen it's $361.00 without tax

ME: What's the total with tax?

JILL: $390.78 (omitted any other EXTRA FEES)

ME: Is there an extra charge for delivery to downtown Brownwood?

JILL: No (excellent opportunity to state that there is an extra charge to use my card but still OMITTED this information)

• I made the payment over the phone and she took my card details and again FAILED TO MENTION the card fee and didn't mention / confirm the total I was paying.

So then I see this on my bank statement. And I messaged her asking her why the total was $404.46 and her response was:

"There is a FEE for us using your bank card on the machine I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT" (and this is how they want to stay in business?)

I replied back: "I was NOT TOLD THAT" "NEVER mentioned it to me" "You could of mentioned it to me along with your response of the $390.78 TOTAL" "If I would of known I would of paid cash"

NO RESPONSE FROM JILL OR ANYBODY ELSE IN THAT STORE.

CRICKETS AFTER I BROUGHT IT UP.

COMPLETELY IGNORED.

NEVER RESPONDED.

Of course she or someone else will respond to this stating that there are signs at the store about this but I was NOT at the store and then she is going to say "yeah but you were at the store the other day" but again I ASKED for the PRICE and it was $361 then I asked for the TOTAL with TAX and it was $390.78. I asked if there was a fee for delivery and she said no.

I HATE THESE TRICKY SCAMMY FLAKY BUSINESSES THAT WILL TURN AROUND AND SAY I DIDN'T ASK THE SPECIFIC QUESTION ABOUT THE CARD FEE OR ANY OTHER FEE!!

EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES TO MENTION IT.

Horrible business!! Jill needs customer service training.

FLAKY and Scammy business!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will hit you with hidden fees!!

It's not so much about the $13 bucks they charged it's the PRINCIPLE.

NO INTEGRITY in this...

Jill "the manager" has little to no customer service / social skills. The actual store is great, vast selection and good prices. 5 stars for the store... However, If you have mobility issues do not attempt to shop here, Jill was rather bothered by my elderly grandmother requesting a few prices so she could make a selection. At least my grandma disregarded how rude you were and still bought, because of the high quality of product. She would have loved to buy more, But the one item seemed to be enough of a annoyance for the worker.. Or maybe it was us? Hopefully if we return the service will be...

I was looking to expand my herb garden and I was pleased to find cinnamon basil, red Rubin (purple) basil and everleaf genovese basil. I also found tarragon and garlic chives. I am trying out black beauty eggplant for the first time. This is an actual nursery that grows their own plants. One star subtracted because there are some plants here that are not in top condition. A better overall impression would be made if these plants were quarantined while they were nursed...
