Their various plan options are very affordable and since one can not put a price tag on service, attitude and character, I'd say that everyone signed up with Echo Wireless Broadband has received a priceless added bonus! First of all, Echo Wireless is an unlicensed joke. They're using unlicensed equipment, which is the biggest reason they have so much trouble maintaining customers connections. ANYone can buy these radios and set up a network with them, and they do, hence the issues with not enough channels to go around. Second, speaking of licensing, Mr Bean doesn't even believe in valid license plates for his man lifts. He's been running around for over 3 yrs with an expired california plate on the orange one in fact... seems the local tax assessor nor police care (until its me doing that of course... which I dont!). Third, while I can't say its everyday, I've sure smelled alcohol on Mr Bean more than once mid-afternoon as he's stepping into his vehicle to leave... something else I'd never do. Then, there's calling customers by noon about paying their bill when he'd just emailed it that morning... guess things are tight financially for him if he's having to do that regularly. Go with ANYone else imho... CTTC, even verizon is better than this sad excuse for a business. Then again, its typical of the attitudes most owners exhibit these days. UPDATED REVIEW Justin installed our internet yesterday. He was very courteous and professional. He was fast and efficient. He was so kind. He went over and above what was expected. He set up my phone and explained everything to me in a way I could understand! It works great! Price is good and we had very good reviews from people we trust saying Echo Wireless was a good company! I'm very satisfied! ....... Update: We've had the service for a while now. This is great internet service! It flickered off for a few minutes during a really bad storm and came back on. They let me know when they had to cut it off to replace equipment damaged during that storm! That never happened with our old company! Sarah in customer service helped me with my bill today. Due to unexpected medical problems we needed an extra day to pay our bill. She was so sweet and understanding! Echo really cares about their customers! LOVE THIS COMPANY AND...
