I ordered a sympathy basket for two close friends who had just lost their dog. I paid $85 and specifically requested some nice cheeses and meats. What was delivered was a small plastic laundry-style basket filled mostly with fruit, Cheez-Its, and Chips Ahoy cookies (see photo). While my friends appreciated the gesture, I was very disappointed with the value and presentation. For the price, I expected something more thoughtful and appropriate for a sympathy gift. I did receive a partial refund of $25 after expressing my concerns, which I appreciate. That said, I hope this feedback is helpful for anyone ordering, and for the business to consider improving presentation and setting clearer expectations in the future.

Ordered flowers for my parents from out of state. They did an exceptional job! Everything is fresh and beautifully designed. They even were kind enough to send me a picture before delivering. Flowers were just as pictured on their website Greatly appreciated!!! My parents were thrilled!

Unacceptable service!!! Ordered an arrangement for a family members funeral service that we were unable to attend. Got the following email: We are sorry to inform you that your floral order for: Tony Sockwell has been cancelled due to the unavailability of your specified florist, CONNIE'S FLOWER & GIFT.
