Last year, I stumbled upon Coastal Computer Repair by the grace of God after my main tech guru moved away. My work desktop and laptop crashed which only left me with my home desktop. I was in a bind since my wife was beginning to use the home computer for virtual teaching due to COVID. I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on new computers or go to a dishonest repair shop that would charge me the amount of a new computer just to fix. I like to get as much out of computers till there is just no repair possible.

Jesse is gracious, kind, professional and very prompt on fixing computers. I have the upmost trust and confidence in him 200%. He makes it very convenient when it's a minor issue and he's able to remote in to my computers without having to physically take it to him. He has improved the speed, quality, and maintenance of my computers.

I can't describe how awesome it is to run into a business that actually cares about their customers, and doesn't take advantage of their clientele by "inventing" problems to solve. In 2016 my computer crashed. Hard. I even nicknamed it the Great Hard Drive Crash of 2016. I lost hundreds of designs I used for my t-shirt and custom gifts business.
