We built a brand new home. The cupboards we choose I was excited about. Beautiful. Then they showed up, streaks, off colored and nothing like the template. Basicly, had no choice to settle for them. They finally after months sent us a few replacement faces. Hence, the word a few months. Then our face plates are coming off the drawers. We are still waiting for that to be resolved. Our beautiful double doors are spliting and I woke up to find the curtain frozen to the door. Hence, still waiting for someone to replace both basement and dinning room doors . Needless to say we or I am so upset about the lack of quality and importance. We have had issues from the start and 1 yr. Later still having issues and still taking forever to get results. If I would've known that our dream home would be falling apart after 1 year and the lack of importance we are to them now they have our money, I would've went somewhere else. I settled for the cupboards because we were living with a relative, my husband was living at the land and with 4 kids we really wanted to get into our home.
