I'm in agreement with a prior reviewer that the prices they charge are high and their billing system is absolutely terrible. The website to pay bills is archaic, they make you jump through hoops to do an auto-bill pay. I've never had late pays with any bills, credit cards or any other obligations yet I always seem to run into late pays and disconnect notices with this company. Read moreI came home from a long weekend to a water leak. I called and spoke to Karen. She asked for my meter reading and I gave it to her. The leak used almost 18,000 gallons of water. I asked if there was any concession for this and was told their policy was only for leaks that caused the bill to be over 500 dollars and then they would have to inspect the repair.
