Starting a new practice is a huge adventure - so many details, so much pressure, and so many expenses! I needed an exam table and an autoclave, and at first I tried ordering from another medical supply company. Big mistake. Their customer service was basically a phone tree scavenger hunt with no prize at the end.

Enter Booth Medical wearing a superhero cape made of excellent customer service. Not only did they have exactly what I needed (shiny new versions of both the autoclave and exam table), but their prices were reasonable and - wait for it - they answered the phone! Real humans! Real humans named Kinsey and Lacie who knew their stuff and actually gave great advice!

The equipment arrived quickly, perfectly packed, and has been working like a dream for over a year. But the cherry on top? They checked in later to help me maintain the autoclave. They gave me a menu of various options and I picked a FaceTime remote consultation with their tech Matt. They mailed me all the gaskets and filters in advance, and then Matt patiently walked me through the process step-by-step. I really appreciated that I could do all this myself in my small office since we don't have great options otherwise.
