KC Collections — Local services in Buchanan

I have always enjoyed coming to this store. It has the most beautiful things and the staff I have met there have always been courteous and helpful, however today was a different story. I purchased a beautiful island for my kitchen and was so excited about picking it up. Unfortunately my husband and son-in-laws were a little late arriving for our pickup time and I’m assuming the owner met them when they got there. Her tone didn’t warrant being 10 minutes late for a $1,700 pickup. She was unbelievably rude! I need to mention that the store wasn’t crowded so there was no inconvenience to costumers shopping. She was also terribly hateful to her staff who had nothing to do with them being late but everything to do with us purchasing the island. Those ladies are so kind and didn’t deserve being reprimanded for helping her make a significant sale. I won’t go into detail about how unnecessarily rude she was, just suffice it to say that I won’t shop...

I have bought easily 2 thousand dollars over 2 year period my wife and I went in there today to buy a bench she saw a month ago they had to dig it from under other stuff they were asking 175.00 for this piece when they got it out it was scratched up and had a chunk of wood missing I got the owner over there she explained it was a display piece that they no longer carried so I asked if she would nock some of the price since it was damaged and got a quick reply of no I would have bought it for 25.00 off instead this greedy owner would not budge on price total rip off this woman needs to learn how to run a business I have my own business and would never do this because of 25.00 she has lost all my business and this was my wife's favorite store we will never shop there again...

During my latest rewarding and eventful visit at KC Collections, I was greeted by a very helpful and well informed store person by the name of Kristel. I had purchased a beautiful Dining Room set, wherein she was helpful and very dedicated in suggesting items for my Dining Room needs, and after an hour of selections, I found her to be very courteous, and joyful to be around. I found the items in the store to be very unique, so much in fact, I have suggested to many of my friends, that THIS store should be checked out. The prices were actually reasonable too. I would recommend anyone, especially those buying a new house, to visit this store and take in the exquisite taste of country style decor. You won't be disappointed. One more...
