I don’t like writing bad reviews. However, I recently rented a U-Haul and was instructed to drop it off at the metal art warehouse. I dropped the vehicle off at about 5 pm on a Sunday. Everything said they closed at 6. No one was around to take the truck so I dropped the keys in the after hours drop box. I waited until almost 9 to call and verify that the truck had been received. The lady on the phone said she would take care of it at 9am even though google says they open at 8. Once the charge was processed I received an after hours service charge of 20$ even though at no time did I interact with the business outside of their posted hours. I won’t be...
