Great experience delivering here. Just no overnight parkingā¹ļø The entire process was great. I delivered on the Sams side, the lady in the receiving office was very nice, fast, and efficient. She even told me to āstay safe out thereā when checking me out. Itās the little things. In and out in abt 3 hours. Many drivers hate going to Walmart, but I truly have to say, Iāve been to quite a few, and I only had an issue twice. Once in MO, - I was given the local store address, instead of the dist. By the time I was given the correct address, I had 20 mins to get there, then when I got there, they were doing a shift change and told use we had to wait 30mins. Once I checked in, the guy, literally looked down at my shoes, I had on Nike tennis shoes, he didnāt like it. (During that time, I used to change before going into any delivery or pickup. But that night I just didnāt feel like it. He made a comment, the lady in the shack, stood up and looked at my shoes, she then looked puzzled, my shoes were very nice, not work boots, but nice and clean. But he was offended. So he proceeded to tell me I was late, and would have to come back the next day. I explained to him, about the address, and I had spoke to receiving, and they told me to come on over. He said you are going on an hour, late. I then told him, I had to wait, for them to switch shifts. So, he called receiving, I could here her n the phone, telling him, that she had spoke with me on the phone and it was ok, he then, took her of the speaking, walk away from me, and whispered to her. He then told me, she was going to check to see if she could squeeze me in. After abt 3 mins, she called back, and he told me, I would have to come back the next evening.I told him, thatās great, because I had just drove from CA to St. Louis in 2 days, and needed the rest. The look on his face was priceless. I donāt think he wanted it to be a good thing. The other incident was at checkin, forgot the state. I was the only driver checking in, at receiving. The guy, literally was inputting some numbers into the computer, he didnāt acknowledge me, we were face to face, after abt 12 mins, another driver came in, still nothing, after another, maybe 4 mins, he said, Iāll be right with you, after abt 6 mins. He finally looked up and offered to take my paperwork. The rest of the process was good, until, I needed my checkout papers, that took, abt an hour and a half. What got me so frustrated is messaging the driver through the text mess. Why in the hell do I I have to watch 3 hours on my stupid phone when stupid "Royal" Walmart will be kind to send me the message about bills!!! When I get finally the office after waiting there 5-8 minutes arrives lady and giving me paperwork. But I said I got 2 questions: Why took so long and the other, why Walmart is not calling anymore or giving beeper to the driver, or having an automated phone calling system TOGETHER with text messages???? So she said completely nothing, looked really offended that someone can have something to say about the "Royals" Walmart... I told her that because of this regressed stupid communication between the Walmart and driver I'm will be never in this location again. After 10 minutes, I'm still at the property, young arrogant ignorant buffoon, who I'm pretty sure never touched a real job starts yelling like crazy: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WE WIL INFORM YOURS COMPANY RIGHT NOW!!!!! After his venom ended, I told him that I told this woman about never coming back here. But I asked him if the lady told him why! He said NO! AND HE DOESN'T CARE! And hang up the phone with me. The coward lady even didn't have a guts to tell him. But the the becoming sadistic with 0 common sense world took over the world. You must just SHOOT UP AND OBEY OR... we will put in you 4 boooooosters and we will make to have a Covidus Passportus!!! I wish more people would see this, but unfortunately most of the people are brainwashed and stupid... That me experience and I never bow down to the sadistic stupidity, in my opinion, because some arriving and exiting drivers drivers looked pretty happy... But I'm glad to erase an another moronic sadistic location from my potential delivery...

It cost me to be 15 minutes late which was our appointment at 5:30 a.m. Upon being checked in information was not given to the front office of my arrival at security to the office of shipping and receiving for Sam's club. When I explain this to the representative he was rude and combative as if this was his facility and like he was the one losing money and potential loads. I was told that I would be called for the appointment which was rescheduled for 11:30am. They have the absolute slowest download time. After waiting for 4 hours they unloaded my truck at 3:05 p.m.. as I was waiting I called shipping and receiving and after I asked if there's any way that they could find out what time I would be unloaded the representative said he's not arguing with me and hung up the phone. To anyone who is doing this type of work to this facility... This place is horrible, slow, and they are willing to make you lose loads time and money without keeping you updated whatsoever. If I see anything that says distribution center to Arizona I am declining that load from now on thanks to how this location conducts itself and allows its employees to run the show. They don't detail information and nothing is labeled so you know where to go as if it's all a setup. Truly disgusted with...
