I am an Embedded Systems consultant, working with small computer/automation systems that often require quality DC power.

When I recently searched for some high-capacity DC power supplies, TRC stood out with a well organized web site, a wide selection, and the most competitive prices.

Usually, when ordering small quantities at low margins, you do not expect the fastest shipping or the higest level of customer service.

But I was pleasantly surprised by TRC's almost fanatical attention to detail and near-instant shipping velocity.

For example, I ordered some TRC products late at night. The very next morning, I received a personal call to assure me that my order had been received and was already being filled.

The TRC sales rep also asked me a few questions about my business, and offered to provide any assistance I might need to select the best products for my DC power requirements now & in the future.

In my experience, that level of care is unprecedented for small orders and small business owners.

As if that weren't already good enough, my package was delivered the very next morning - only a day after I ordered it. It was packed carefully in earth-friendly materials, and all the items requested were present and correct.

The build quality of the MeanWell brand power supplies TRC sells was also far better than I expected at their heavily discounted price, and backed by a three year warranty. I tested them (don't forget to set the input voltage switch to 115V if that's your line voltage), and the units were set to within 10 mV of the rated 12 V output (no-load).

Finally, the morning AFTER my small order was delivered, I got a final call from my TRC rep to make sure everything arrived OK. That's just beyond kind.

TL;DR: TRC has great products, the lowest prices, and the sort of World-class customer service and attention to detail you thought went the way of the dinosaurs.

I spoke with Anthony W of TRC electronics. I told him what I needed sent him some pictures. He was able to decipher what would fit my outdoor light. This is not something I could have done on my own. I called him later and we spoke over the phone. I had a slight problem with the billing process and spoke with one of the operators there. Her name is Joelle. she was super friendly and very helpful and was able to fulfill my order. From my contact with these two people, I highly recommend doing business with this kind of a company. You can't find friendlier helpful people on the internet. I've been looking for this part for quite some time and they were able to find something for me. Love this company! I recently got involved in a new development project and it looked like we were faced with some serious development work to regulate our power supply. When I called into TRC and spoke with Jordan Dennis I was amazed at how fast she pointed us to the power supply solution we were looking for without all of our extra development work. She had the solution right out of the gate. Just to be sure, she passed our needs on to David Whitmer in Tech support. I have to tell you I was just blown away with the incredible documented response we got back to assure us that the power supply Jordan selected was our answer. It sure is. The price is right. It has all the features we need. And we collectively breathed a sigh of relief that our problem was solved so quickly and easily.
