My wife and I wanted to buy a full size bed frame for our son, and we wanted a piece of furniture that would last. This meant none of the usual chain stores with furniture made offshore.

We found Railside Furnishings and went on a Saturday to browse. We could have easily spent the entire day in the showroom. It takes all of 10 seconds to realize every piece of furniture is of the highest quality. The craftsmanship is second to none...from the build quality, the wood used, to the finish. We purchased a bed frame and had it delivered. The young man that delivered it carried the pieces upstairs and assembled it quickly and professionally, and made sure we were happy with the completed product.

Our son absolutely loves his new bed and my wife and I are trying to figure out what we want for ourselves. The nicest part of the experience...working with the Yoder family. For some time, my wife and I were thinking of having a floor to ceiling wall cabinet with shelving, storage space and a place for a TV designed for our living room. It took awhile to find a business that specializes in custom cabinetry. But then we were told about Railside Furnishings in Mifflinburg, PA. So, we decided to visit Railside Furnishings to discuss our idea. We looked around their showroom and we were very impressed. We talked with a young gentleman named Bradley about our idea. He was very helpful and courteous. We decided on a design plan and they went to work. When they had everything ready, they contacted us and scheduled a date to have the cabinetry installed. In an hour or two, Bradley and another young man had the wall cabinet finished. They were very careful and did a great job installing it. Now we have a beautiful handcrafted custom made wall cabinet in our living room. Even if you don't think you really need any furniture, you might want to stop in anyway, just to make sure.
