I’m sorry to read some of the other reviews. My family placed two separate orders, with one to arrive across the country, and each order was processed quickly and arrived perfectly! The goodies are delicious and the service by the staff and owner are a best practice model. For some of us, it’s the service we remember when we were children with our parents: personable!

In all honesty, the quality of the products is excellent and reasonably priced, but it's hard to give a higher review in good faith due to the horrible emotional treatment of the employees by the owner.
