This is the most dependable floor retail store I had the blessing to work with. Timely, friendly, respectful, and most of all the most helpful. This is a great resource for floor design and they are very knowledgeable about flooring types and have been able to answer all of my questions. What I am most happy about is how patient and helpful they are! They made multiple trips to help me with questions about board size, matching, durability, and provided education to my experience in floor selection to help with my floor design needs and learning so I could choose the right floor to fit my home. I was given sample designs to bring home to see which flooring would work the best with my decor, they helped carry this samples to the car and then offered to drive the distance to pick them up. Neufeldts Flooring has many options to choose from as well. Kind, smart, helpful, and very knowledgeable...I am so very satisfied with this company and my floor choice...

Not reliable. Was to refinish hard wood floor .Did not show the week I was told they would be out . After no contact or response I called two weeks later . Mike said it would now have to be a weekend. Waited two more weeks for call and was told the only weekend available until after Labor Day was the weekend I was gone . No business is busy 7 days a week for over three months . Wasted a entire month on this business . If Mike didn’t want the job he should have never gave the quote and told me from the start . Very poor...
