RK Tech is very reliable, and so knowledgeable on E-bikes. My husband and I were looking for a tech to make some adjustments to a E-bike we bought from a guy. When we saw RK Tech we gave him a call, just talking with Richard on the phone we knew we had the right guy for the job. He knew everything about this German made bike we got and it worked super well now. Also I had bought an Electric Bike on Amazon and decided to let Richard assemble it because of his knowledge. While he was putting it together, he found that we had a part that was damaged from the factory. He called us right away. We were able to get a hold of Bryan at Troxus and they talked to Richard and sent the new part within a few days. When we picked up the bikes we were so impressed with Richard. I have spent eight years exploring the world of electric personal vehicles and have found it to be at least difficult to navigate. Making sense of the many options or getting any kind of help with maintenance or repairs has been frustrating. I don't give up, though, because, even for this 69 year old man, they are a blast and I don't want to live without them.
