Meehan's Grocery — Local services in Bunker Hill

One of the last privately owned stores and one of the only stores in that area in which Walmart has not put under yet. The staff there is very friendly and being as this is the only market within miles of the area it would be just as tough for the customers to lose as it is for the employees to not have a job. I am always going to purchase things from a local place of business rather than a Walmart, when the option is available. Keeps going because they definitely have personalized staff that have worked there and it is a place where locals can go in and know the employees working there and vice versa. They have expanded on selling more than grocery items now so I hope they pull through this difficult time where you can still go to grab things...

Right now I'm kind of pissed off because the old butcher left in the new butcher is being kind of stubborn because he's not doing the 50/50 mix of ground beef and pork family size and the family size of bacon that I normally used to get there and not much of the five for 25 is left there either so my business is going elsewhere if the butcher does that stuff I'll be just peachy going back as of right now no I'm not going back I'll gonna tell people not to go there go there to get that special stuff because that was easy to get because of a family size deals and now my business is going...

If meehans would lower their prices like greenfield and stay open later you guys would make it. The manager that you have now is not a manager she might of came from jack n the box but they got ride of her cuz of her theft and no call no show or she just leaves to get her kids and don't come back. Plus she gets high in the empty store ,where it was Michelle pharmacy. I know 4 people put there application in and never got hired , you guys just hire friends and family. Not cool expand people in bunker hill has to trust you guys to come and buy...
