I have bought a half of beef for my family for 2 years now and will continue to, customized processing to my request. I also help out at the shop from time to time and know the process my meat goes through start to finish and proudly feed my family the beef. The difference in quality over store bought beef is without words and we save money on groceries over the course...

Will not be taking any more live stock there any more got half the amount of meat back then the smaler pig and to many smoked hocks back from my pig a 400 pound pig should be more than 140 pounds of meat and probably 30 pounds was...
