Target — Local services in Burke

So empty. I came here for salad, but... Their dairy cooler is also very empty. Please stock Oatly and half-n-half.

Updated 08/03/22 I was waiting unnoticed behind one other customer at the customer service desk for some time tonight before a girl came over to help us. She was tall with long curly brown hair with highlights. She came over in a huff and told me to move because she wanted to park her cart where I was standing. Then she told us to stand on the dots on the floor, and fussed when we didn't walk over to stand on top of the dots. Then, she helped the lady in front of me, and disappeared into the back without helping me. Came back out a couple minutes later carrying some paper towels and instructed me to move again, brushing past me out to the salesfloor. Then finally asked what I wanted. I asked if they sold stamps, and she said no, but she was so rude and unhelpful, I don't know whether that was even true.

Since their grocery shelves are often empty, I decided to call before driving over there, to see if they'd stocked today. I called 5 times before anyone answered the phone. I tried multiple departments. No one in guest services or grocery would answer at all - I think I fo ally reached someone in electronics. It seems that since the employees are clearly not busy stocking shelves or ringing out customers, they could at least...

This is my go to place when I need multiple types of items--house goods, toys, groceries. I feel confident going here too get what I need at a decent price, especially since I don't belong to a big price club store.

The grocery section is not the best but I can usually get the bare minimum. I usually fill all of my prescriptions here because they are friendly and I need to get other errands done at the same time. Plus there are more interesting items to browse while waiting.

I love using their cartwheel app which helps save more money and makes me feel justified in not getting a price club membership. I find that my monthly bills are not bad at all.

In terms of this store itself, they have friendly staff and it is always cleaned and never is in disarray unless it's some sort of special case like Black Friday. The cleanliness definitely adds to a great shipping experience.

Finally, I gave it 4 stars because of their clinic. The clinic used to be Target owned and now it's a CVS minute clinic. I feel that the providers are more limited and need to jump through more hoops than before. I have tried to use the advance cue option but it sometimes doesn't work and becomes annoying when you're there for an appointment and get...

I have to say thank you to the target fairfax(Burke) location the lady who worked at customer service tonight(11/6/2020@7:15pm ish)Sorry I didn’t catch your name. But if you are in the group you would know who I m talking about. I went to pick up my online order then realized I picked wrong location. But I was already in the store. She told me to cancel the order and she took pic of the items I want went to the floor find it for me. She said if I place an order again gonna be available tomorrow morning. Since I m already in store she’s gonna take care of me. Then took her so long to find the items cuz she went to the back stock room climbed on the shelves to look for them! She went out apologize to me cuz it took so long. I told her it was my fault put wrong location, I really appreciate her help!
