2nd UPDATED REVIEW....Still shaking my head. 1st time stopping since review a few months ago. They charge an overly, pricey country store price, but their food is ok. The new owner's aren't losing money. When I ask for a menu, I was handed a menu but no prices on it. I'm not sorry I have a Southern accent that came from this area. I just want an honest price & one set price. A menu with unchangeable prices would resolve any confusion. I was told $9.99--four chicken strips, 2 sides or 7.99 two chicken strips & one side. Below receipt charged all separately!!! Menu with seeable prices please, not from the cashier's mouth that the majority of his customers have no idea what the cashier is saying. 🙄 Wedges are spicy so be warned.

Updated review: Called this morning to see if a billfold had been found. I ended up having to hangup because the ppl that run it now do not understand English. If you're going to buy up all these country stores then learn our language!!!

Country store that offers gas, snacks, beer...

My son and I stopped in for a snack as we were traveling through after a basketball game in Cumberland Co. When we got to the checkout we were offered a sample of the chicken tenders and they were really good (we hadn’t noticed previously that they had real food up front). My son got a couple of tenders and I decided to get one of the chicken quesadillas, because they looked good also. I didn’t try it until after we left, but I just wanted to let the owner and whoever was responsible for cooking it know that it was great! I’m glad we randomly picked this...

Wow!! I'm amazed how nice the 3 ladies were to us. They assisted us with the knives we were interested in. We had quite a few questions. The lady had no problem with answering our questions & showing us each knife. It was incredible feeling like & knowing we were no burden on her. All 3 of the women couldn't have provided any better customer service!! They're the best!! Loved the experience! Will definitely stop by anytime...
