Paid $35 per person for the three of us for all day indoor only. Had two games of bowling, two games of laser tag and spent the three $20 cards in the arcades. Managed to get 2000 tickets but the points didnât last long on the gaming cards at 6 - 17 points a game. Also games with a .1 or .5 for cost? Seriously?? 100 points for a Swedish fish will tell you how far 2000 points went. But did have fun although short lived. We spent another $50 for a personal cheese pizza, cheeseburger, onion rings and three drinks. Pizza was awful, undercooked and toppings rationed to the center 4â with a huge ring of dry dough. Cheeseburger was okay but no ketchup as they had run out? Who runs out of Ketchup?? Walmart is across the street and that could easily be remedied. Full cost $155 for four hours which admittedly couldâve been longer but we were done. We did have fun but $60 a person for everything when itâs opened is overpriced $45 per person is more reasonable but only with a drinks cup. The bowling kept misreading the pins which for only being opened a couple of weeks could be better. Also moving the potato chips out of the way on the lane to bowl is a bit frustrating. Laser tag was fun but a little too small for a large group. Small groups are much more fun. Overall the place is a bit cramped with limited seating for food. Will go back but it will be an expensive treat maybe 3-4 times a year unless it gets...
Read moreNot going to be a buzz kill BUT they shouldâve just waited to open all attractions.
My family of 5 went a few days ago. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We have visited other Alley Cats but went to this one bc it is in our neighborhood.
Pricing: We choose to do the unlimited pass for the day which was $35 + taxes per person. (That option was supposed to save us some money .) That pass was unlimited bowling, laser tag and gave us a $20 credit on our game card. We ended up paying almost $190 for 5 folks. 𤨠that shouldâve included a free drink đ Iâd say itâs a bit pricey if you have a lot of people
Food: The pizza was NOT good for the $25 I sent on a 16â I wish I had kept my money and brought food when we all left, I wonât be buying any more food, when we go back,
Entertainment: The batting cage nor the go carts are open YET. That is the main 2 reasons we went. If our son hadnât come from out of town we wouldâve gone back home and possibly went to another location on the next day. The Laser tag is for young legs lol Bowling is always a great source of fun. But We just wanted more to do. The game area is average is still good but the $20 runs out quick and the point/tickets are a joke. So I guess we will try again when the other attractions are open. We got 2 good hours In...
Read moreBooked a birthday party from 6p-8p. It was the âLaser Frenzyâ. Weâre walked to the room at 6 sharp, then told at 7:30 it was time to leave. I said to our party host that I booked until 8. She said, ah no itâs 7:30.
She and I went to go talk to Mario. He has great patience but extreme ignorance & lacks customer service skills.
He told me the party room is limited to 45 minutes, and we got TWO 15 minute laser tag sessions. If that were true, thatâs 1 hour and 15 minutes. I told him where is the other 45 minutes? What did I pay $300 for? He says âbowling, game areaâ I said we donât have a bowling party? Then I said the arcade? You mean the common area that I can be in at any time during normal operations? Youâre giving me the common area for 45 minutes?
He says that also Iâm getting the personal party host while in the arcade. I said what? Sheâs gonna get us drinks? He said sheâs not a waitress. Sheâll help you reload game cards. I said isnât that what the kiosk is for?
Anyway, he said I had to take it up with Melissa and/or Kayla. Basically I paid for a 2 hour party and didnât get a 2 hour party.
Left with a nasty taste in my mouth.
And yes, where is the baby changing station in the womanâs bathroom????? Looks like someone mentioned this SIX MONTHS ago STILL hasnât...
