Updated review: Sunday scramble! DO NOT SIGN UP unless you have 4 people. My dad and i are regulars and signed up prior with multiple spots open. Unfortunately we dont know other people that play to make a team of 4. They “put” us on the list to be told later we weren’t because “its easier to sign up a team of 4, rather than have two and fill”. I get it, yall want to have a full game and cash out. But at what point is it okay to trade customer service over a quick buck. These guys spend $60 once for a tournament while we pay $35-55 weekly. Thats how you loose repeat customers. At least do 12-14 full teams and allow maybe 2-4 teams to be walk in or singles players that want to partake but dont know anyone.
Everything about this course is awesome. But be prepared to WAIT. The last few months it seemed like they are fitting as many people as they can. Tee times with 5 min gaps. This the 3rd time i played sitting behind 3 groups, set me off pace over an 1hr30! Cmon man give us room to play without waiting 20min every whole. But i still come, love the course and the admin are very respectful and...
Read moreEmployees cruise through residential area to get to work very early with no cats or mufflers downshifting at 5k RPM and do burnouts time to time in the parking area. For more than 2 years we have asked the manager to request employees with muscle car to stop coming in at 6am revving his loud car with no change. Spoke to BPD and they said you would have thought that the manager would want to know keep the residence nearby happy but the manager doesn’t help. So BPD said report everything the course does since they can’t get any help from them. Manager ignores messages, emails or any request to fix the employee behavior. Just sad, the car is so loud it rattles our plates and cups in the cupboard. Our kids wake up when he comes through because there windows are rattling, everything shakes when the white Mustang with black hood comes to work. I hate living next to the this place! 1 particular employee wakes us up every morning rattling everything in our homes, the plates in the cupboard jingle, the windows vibrate, kids are fed up and there’s...
Read moreGenerally I am a fan of this course because it has a lot of fun holes. However, I have played it a few times when course conditions have been in disrepair so I had not played for at least a year. I had read some recent reviews indicating the course was in good shape so I decided to give this course another chance and played yesterday- bad idea. Everything has been painted green (ok, I get it, somewhat common for winter play). But, the tee boxes were chewed up (pins should have been moved a while ago), the fairways had big bald spots, four of the holes were cart path only (not communicated) and a majority of the greens were inundated with weeds so your ball rolls like it’s in a pinball machine. It would have been ok if I had paid a significantly discounted rate but at full price expectations are that the course will be in good order.
I keep trying to come back to this course because it does have some really cool holes but it seems to struggle to keep up maintenance compared to other municipal courses (ie Rockwood or...
