Shamonta & Jaric were awesome movers!!! We had to hire for a minimum 2 hours (industry standard) to load our UHaul truck for the move… but they finished in scarcely more than 30 minutes! Granted, it was not a huge move, but there were several VERY HEAVY boxes (unassembled solid wood beds, mattress, table, etc).

Jaric picked up a 100 pound box and slung it over his shoulder like it was nothing. No dolly, no ramp needed. He just carried everything in Herculean fashion, and lifted to load onto the truck.

Shamonta packed that truck so efficiently that even though we had a truck much too large, there was no shifting during the move and everything was in perfect condition.

This was the second time we hired The Furniture Store for moving, and this is the second time they have done a great job! HIGHLY...

We didn't use your movers and never will after our experience with them. We were moving from Blaul on 3/9/24. Our moving truck was parked right along the building open with the ramp down. When we came out with the next load, your movers had blocked the stairs so no one else could use them. All they said was "I think we cut you off" and left the truck right there. They knew exactly what they did but didn't care one bit. We couldn't believe they'd be that inconsiderate and block everyone from accessing the stairs to the building. This forced us to move our truck farther away so we could finish. Even one of the residents asked if they were with us and we said no way. We understand your movers had a job to do but they weren't the only ones there to be blocking stairs...

I recommend buying here @ the furniture store. We purchased a living room couch & loveseat with a council in the middle. Both had recliners.We had problems with the loveseat & they have done everything possible to make it right. They been here 3x with new parts, fixed, without any hesitation. Unfortunately we still had a problem I guess we just got a lemon.(sure this happens without any part of the seller). But boy do they stand behind it. Today the truck showed up with a brand new one!
