I wish I could give more then five stars. I never would have imagined our guests complimenting us on the cleanliness of the portable toilets we rented to accommodate their needs during the total solar eclipse. Every person thanking us for our hospitality mentioned how clean the toilets were, many saying they were the cleanest and nicest smelling they had ever seen. Our experience was highly positive from start to finish. The office staff were friendly and helpful, even taking the time to let us know the driver would be arriving early. The driver was friendly and helped us determine the best location to place the toilets. He sanitized them even though they were obviously spic and span clean already, and left plenty of paper. He even hung an air freshener in each one before he left. The driver picking up after the event came by twice, without extra charge, because there was too much mud in our field from a post-eclipse storm to reach the toilets the first time. After spending an hour calling porta potty companies and posting urgently to social media trying to find help for our search and recovery efforts in Leander, TX, Ms. Christy from J Bar Enterprises answered the phone, on a Saturday, outside of business hours.

I gave her the quick cliffnotes of who I was, what we were doing, and what we needed. Without a moment of hesitation, she deployed five porta potties and had them delivered within an hour. No red tape. No questions. Just immediate action, compassion, and heart.

I later learned that J Bar is a faith-based company. Let me tell you, they live it! Christy didn’t just help us with logistics; she changed the entire trajectory of our ability to serve the families searching for their missing loved ones. What she did gave our team the resources and stability we needed to keep going.

Often you’ll never for the parties that are this, and this efficient. The only thing this thing was missing was hand sanitizer…

After thinking about the weekend, I just cannot emphasize enough how clean and inviting these Porta potty‘s were. Typically, the last word you would use to identify a porta potty would be “inviting“. But these were clean, and welcoming, to get you outside the elements, and have a comfortable session and taking care of what you need to take care of.

I forgot to mention, I entered this one at night with my flashlight, and as I close the door, suddenly a ceiling light came on in the entire place was illuminated inside! And all my days I have truly, “never“ been in a porta potty that had a ceiling light! For guys who were using these at night, at a campsite, this was priceless!
