Read moreSorry in advance this is so long. Purchased a vehicle in March 2017. While on vacation the week of master ( also the last day my temp was valid) was advised that MV returned my tag work bc I needed to sign the title app. Only way to do that was to come in. I was out of town. I was not able to get in there until the following week. After that my pregnancy got bad and I became high risk and was in and out of the hospital / Dr. Then went to MV multiple times and they kept sending back the paperwork bc it was 30 days old and they said they only hold it for a day or two. 05/05 I took the day off and went to mv only to be told after sitting there that my paperwork was not there again. Called spoke to Paul gave me the tracking number to the title work and advised it was delivered to them and to go to MV. Sat 05/06 went to MV with tracking number and sat there until 11:30 when I was advised that the tracking number provided was to someone else's paperwork. Called Paul and he apologized and had someone bring the paperwork to the MV, only for the computers to go down. Went back a few days later and they had sent the paperwork back. on 05/11 while making my payment we spoke about making my payments 1st and 15th which I have an email from them on 04/11 that stated they ONLY accept payments on the 1st and 15th. YET every 2 weeks they were looking for a payment. I was advised that I needed to go in to sign something. I went ill again due to my pregnancy and was unable to. we spoke again on 05/21 for a payment over the phone nothing was ever said we didn't make the change you need to sign He was well aware of my health issues, spoke again 06/01 when we coordinated me finally getting my tag at MV. Again nothing said amount don't forget you need to sign but Just common courtesy customer service skills, Got my tag finally after having to pay a late fee that would have NEVER been imposed had my original paperwork been done correctly. At midnight 06/08-06/09 my truck was picked up because I didn't make the bi-weekly payment that the last day to pay was 06/07. When I was under the impression I was on the 1st and 15th scheduled. and have 10 days to make the payment from there. When I called first thing in the Moring, Paul was very short and rude. Basically said not his job to babysit. While I get that its also common business practice when things need to be signed to advise the customer. and that he has no info until the people in Atlanta call him. I am due to have my baby very soon and which was the whole reason we purchased a bigger vehicle in the first place. I asked him to call Atlanta and get the info and explain the situation and he stated that he is not allowed to contact them that he has to wait for them to contact him. This is all straight BULL After all the tag issues and the back and fourth you would think he would try and be accommodating or help especially since I would be making my 06/01 payment today before the grace period was up. ...NOPE he had the attitude again... out of my hands not my fault just like he did with the titel work. All that says to me is that the fake concern showed though email regarding my baby and health issue was BULL I requested to speak to someone above him and was advised I can only...
I purchased a car here and the day that I drove it off of the lot (12/9/17), a light cave on in the dash, and the aux/usb port stopped working. I called Paul and he told me that I could bring the car any day this week (12/9/17-12/16/17) and that he would have his mechanic look at the issues and see what they could do about them. I emailed him on Monday (12/11/17) and told him that I could bring the car on Tuesday (12/12/17) at 5, he replied that if I brought it that late Iâd have to leave it over night. I then replied and asked if I could bring it first thing Saturday morning (12/16/17) instead he said âYes, right at 9am would be perfect. That would give our mechanic all morning to take care of it. We will see you Saturday.â ... this same day, he asked me to email him a picture of the light that was on in my dash, so I did. He then proceeds to tell me this âThat is not the service engine light. That is the Tire Pressure Light. That means that one of the TPMS sensors in one of the tires needs to be replaced. Any tire shop can give you a quote for replacing those sensors. All they do is monitor the air pressure in your tires.â after he had previously told me that âhis mechanic would take care of itâ so I replied and asked would he at least take care of the aux/usb port like he said he would and he replied with âIf you have any issues with the car that you purchased as is without a warranty then you may talk to SRP and see if you purchased a warranty with them. We have several signs in our office and you signed 3 different places stating that you are aware that there is no warranty on the vehicle and we do not perform any maintenance after the sale.â ..... okay, I understand your policies and whatnot but if you say that you are going to take care of something on a car that I just spent my hard earned money on to purchase from you... you should own up to what you said and DO IT!!! I donât appreciate being led on and lied to. I just hope and pray that my car shows no other issues because I will be screwed if it does. Please if you want to purchase a car from honest, trustworthy people, do not use Carolina Auto Mall.
Brought a car it broke down in within 2days needing a motor took the car back the same day for leaking fluids and he stated it was condensation from ac which it was cold outside. Brought the warranty and they refused to help due to internal leak in motor .please do not waste your time with this lemon sealing car dealer.next it is court.read other reviews theyâre known for having bad cars and offering not help and over charging for auction cars. after using Butler and the warranty wouldnât cover Repair the car is now at the Ford dealership.. the Ford dealership stated the condensation that the dealer saw at the bottom of the car was fluid leaking inside the engine. we did not cause the leak. The car is still not overheating. Check engine light is on and they also stated that Ford escapes have a problem with corrosion leaking coolant and the motor and also gave me the Ford head companies phone number with the case number he stated you canât repair it. It needs a new engine because of the miles also if you go on Ford or the national recall website, it explains exactly what happens and how the car runs so therefore it was nothing. We did to the car. The reason why the fluid did not run out on the ground because it is leaking inside of the engine. all I was trying to do was get some help and understand what was going on with the car and the owner refused to talk to me and you cannot break down a engine like the warranty claim because Ford said bolts parts, crack, and break and you canât, put it back together and thatâs why the Warranty sticks you with the $2000 bill so now Ford is trying to step into assist with theCar. They also explained that it was nothing we did wrong. The car has always been leaking...
