MJ Farms — Local services in Burns Township

I’m not sure how I’ve never been there before but it has a HUGE variety of meats and seafood! Tomahawk steaks to ground Yak, swordfish, smelt, yellow perch and so much more! The seafood is frozen. I googled “fresh fish near me” and someone said on a review that they have “fresh fish” so we ended up there… but no, it’s frozen. Not a big deal at all just making it clear for others. They also have plenty of marinades and seasonings. They have a big section of PICKLES! Not exactly my forte but it is my girlfriends. If you are in the Bancroft area you just gotta stop by. We stopped in on a Sunday and yes, they were open! 10am - 2pm I believe. We were there at around 1:15pm....

Got meat from here for our first time today, we got a freezer filler. The meat looks incredible and tastes even better. I will never go back to store bought meat this is my new place. I can’t believe the difference & the price is almost the same as store bought like wow!!! Super clean store & very friendly employee Debbie.

Update; PLEASE… upgrade the packaging very upset to find multiple packages of meat not vacuumed properly that all got freezer burnt. I used the roast first because i noticed it grabbing out of the box then I went to make beef patty’s today and they...

About a month ago, we stopped buying meats at the grocery store - We’re from out of town, but began making bi-weekly trips out to restock. Have yet to try something that isn’t 10x better. We buy their ground beef, sirloin steaks, smoked bacon, pork sausage, chicken breasts, chicken wings.. all fantastic.. their steaks and pork sausage have to be my favorite! Prices are very comparable to store bought but the quality far surpasses. We’ll gladly continue making the drive...
