The Private hot springs soaking tub that I rented for one hour on July 18, 2025, was Sooo Relaxing! I loved the experience of soaking and resting in the hot springs here. In my opinion, I believe that the different minerals in the hot springs water is beneficial for people. It's therapeutic - I think - I feel it's good for your body and peace of mind. From my own experience today, I know that I was so much more relaxed and felt great after I had my one hour hot springs water soak. I was by myself, so, I rented one of the more "cozy", smaller size, soaking tubs. Private Room 4A. These tubs are rustic, galvanized, and deeper than a regular home tub. The care of my tub was perfect. Very nice, indeed. You can rent suits and towels for a fee at the office. You are able to rent these private soaking rooms for one, or, for two hours, with appointments. Perhaps, longer for a larger fee. Be assured, that this hot springs resort has a "good size" PUBLIC hot springs pool, too! It's seems plenty large - room for many people. There is a fee per person to use it, so, inquire on the website for Crane Hot Springs Resort to gather all information about any costs they have for services and rentals. Regarding showering before your hot springs enjoyment, the resort has a very large building that is for showering inside. Also, next to the Public hot prings pool, there is the outdoor showering location. There are overnight rooms / small cabins to stay in while here, as well. Make sure that you give the Office a phone call, at least, 30 days in advance, to rent your overnight requests, as they are popular, especially during Peak Season - Sept., and Oct (Fall Season). Another mention, there is outdoor teepee overnight stays / rentals, if available. Check them out on the website for information about that experience. There is a Full Hookup RV Campground/lot for Trailers and RV camping (again, Full Hookup), as well as Dry camping (Dry - that have a parking spot and picnic table and good size ground metal cooking/fire grills only (No hookups at these site). Both these areas have a good number of sites, but, they can fill up FAST, so, make sure to give a phone call to the Office, at least, 30 Days, or more, in advance for these sites. Again, check out website for Crane Hot Springs, between Burns and Crane, Oregon. The land at this Oregon desert resort seems to go on and on and the desert surrounding it is unique and beautiful. Peaceful. There is a waterdshed building and propane, also, firewood is sold at the resort. It is dog-friendly resort, with several locations around the resort to walk them, of course, while on a leash. The staff members are friendly, specifically, Michelle is very inviting and was extremely informative and helpful to me, refarding my many questions. I was VERY happy to hear all about the information she was giving to me. Finally, this is a wonderful place to relax and just "let your hair down', have a nice time together with family, or, with others you are close to. It would be "fabulous" to come here on your own, just to get away from a busy schedule.. Crane Hot Springs... it's between Burns and Crane, Oregon, driving East on Hwy 78...left side of...

Very far away from any place but still full of people. A mix of senior RV resort and Burning Man. It's been developed a lot in the last several years, with improved access to the lake, new shower house, small simple "cafe", serving about 4 items. People in the open field get no water spigot and Porta potty. People in the new RV area with service still get a porta potty. The walk to the shower house is pretty long. And there's a few "cabins", motel rooms, etc. so choose your level of grunge. Yes the water is lovely, hot, out in the open. But you gotta put up with a few inconveniences for it, including lots of people. Not...

This our 2nd year at the GLR and we enjoy the staff and place so much. It is great to relax in the hot springs after a long day of riding morotbikes. They have numerous options from tenting to rooms. But the staff is what really makes it so enjoyable. They are professional, polite, helpful, and gracious Thanks again staff at Crane...

Great potential! It's still a bit rustic and needing of some upgrades (faucets, maybe?) but still a wonderful oasis in the desert. The $15/hr private water troughs are the best part. I can see they are investing in the property, which is really nice to see. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the place was clean.
