we have been buying our meats from browers for over 7yrs and absolutely love it! never any problems with anything. their smoked bacon, hams, etc are utterly incredible! my family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND browers for ALL your meat needs! the quality of the meats are 2nd to NONE! you may think their prices are high, but I'll assure ya the "meat" your getting from these chain stores is subpar, at best, and 90% of it, you have no idea where it comes from! There is a community full of people that has been giving this establishment business for over a decade. Exceptional customer service provided each and every time. As a direct result of this community, the owner grew his business and probably tripled his income. As of lately, his attitude is out of control. Arguing with customers and refusing to listen to their valid concerns. The owner needs to understand that all this business can easily go to Frankenmuth or Ann arbor - to other farms. His business is nearby which is why it's convenient. This community moves as one, unless his attitude and behavior towards the customer changes, word will get out and his business will return to its original size. Went to the farm recently to get a cow, our cow was held next to a pig, when I requested to one of the employee to make sure he doesn’t cross contaminate with the pig, he said why don’t you go to a Muslim place repeated with a disgust for Muslim community in his face. I went to the owner and asked if the employee was speaking for the farm, he said he isn’t but what do you want me to do “fire him”, he’s one of my best employee. He is a good employee. My brother went to get a cow from there previous week and the same employee yelled at them as well. Obviously seems like he has some hatred for Muslims and he doesn’t want us there.
