I had no idea what to expect when I stopped in the other day. And I am so glad that I did!! What a fantastic experience meeting and talking with one of the owners and looking around their store. I loved and wanted to buy everything. After looking around and hearing lots of stories about the local artists who made the artwork displayed, I knew I had to buy something! Long story short, I bought two items that day and then came back the next and bought three more. There's a bunch more stuff that I want to buy - I guess I'll have to make a trip back to the area just to stop by...

Stopped by just expecting your typical old general store, but wow not what I expected!!! The unique atmosphere that was drenched in Appalachian legends and ghost stories . We were visitors of a museum and the owners became our tour guides.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable as we were told true stories behind the items they purchased for the store. I didn’t want to leave. This is one of the hidden gems you weren’t expecting, but definitely want to return. The type of place that the people were just as memorable as the location. Don’t pass this...

Oddities, Curios, Local Lore, kind staff and Dog friendly! Excellent place to stop and pick up some Knick knacks. Be sure to thoroughly look at the store. There’s art everywhere! Building used to be the old Micaville Mine General Store. It’s a unique place and I’ll stop every time we pass through.
