Was their earlier this week. Very very nice park. Very quiet. If you want peace and silence and just listen to Nature, this park is for you. I used to go to the park when I was a kid when my grandparents used to bring me here. Only little downfall, which I already notified Geauga Park District, is the short path to the viewing deck was under water. I was notified yesterday 12/8/21, their Operations Department will be out soon to fix that issue.

My favorite park ever. There's hardly anyone there most of the time, which is very appealing to me anyways, and the paths are beautiful. You get to go to a gorgeous pond, then through a field with grass paths, and then through the woods. So much variety, and the field paths in the fall are amazing. The wildflowers are yellow and white and purple. I love this park.

Gorgeous and quiet on a weekday morning. Bigger loop trail is across the street from the parking but definitely worth the slight confusion.

I give this place a 5 because I am a birder and it's a great place to bird. Very quiet and underused park. That said, there aren't any amenities so for families there are better choices. It can be buggy after late May or so. Check out the beautiful glacial kettle lake (Lake Kelso) and in late summer and Fall look for butterflies in the fields. The Lake Kelso overlook is the best place I know of to learn about...
