Fountain Springs Country Inn — Local services in Butler Township

Absolutely horrible service. Took 45 minutes before our waitress came to our table. That was after speaking to 3 individuals. So far it has been 15 minutes to get our drinks. The waitress has been very rude and inhospitable. The bar is very disorganized, stood at the bar for drinks due to no service from the waitress and took 15 minutes at the bar. We arrived over an hour early so we could enjoy the entertainment after our meals. This evening has been a complete disappointment so far. Here a few weeks ago on a Thursday night. I’m from the Hershey area, so we have a lot of nice restraints to choose from. But let me tell you! I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had “here”! After seeing all the great foodie pictures on Facebook, the waitress helped me pick. Decided on the filet of beef with a sauce, then covered with lump crab meat ! She said the chef was generous with his portions, but wow! I had a steak the size of a roast and enough lump crab meat to make 2 large crab cakes. We got married 92521 and this was the PERFECT venue! We has an outdoor ceremony, indoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. I can't thank them enough for the perfect food, perfect vibe, perfect setting, perfect hospitality and so so so much more! During the reception anything my husband or I needed was done, if they seen us coming they stopped what they were doing to see what we needed. We didn't need much because they handled so much.
