When my overheated Subaru couldn’t make it to the shop, he came to me on the side of the highway and got me patched up and back on the road within hours. It was such a professional and pleasant interaction. Driving home to Billings Mt from Ronan Mt we broke down outside White Hall. I was so scared bcuz we had our kids with us. We were able to get a room for the night and first thing in the AM my husband called Mike. He literally drove straight out to our Navigator took a look and seen it was the water pump.
