Very low opinion for more than one reason. First reason is exorbitant prices. Second reason is perishable products(dairy, meat) on shelves for sale at expiration date and with past expiration dates. You generally don’t see items like milk and half and half that have an expiration date longer than a few days. What blows my mind is how much they are selling theses nearly expired products for. On two different occasions recently I came across 2 examples of selling expired products. Milk with same day expiration and bacon which expired 2 months earlier (yes, 2 “months”) earlier. The day I found the milk, I took it to a person at the customer service window who did not seem the bit concerned and never exchanged one word after I gave it to her. Today I came across a 12 oz pack of bacon in the meat section on “sale” for $3.99. Today was 6-15-22. The bacon expired 4-16-22. I took it to a person behind the swinging door by the meat department who asked me what I needed. I gave her the bacon and she appeared to get agitated with me and never said a word. I will gladly drive an extra 3 or 4 miles to Publix on 247 connector. At least there I know what I am getting and the service is a more “customer oriented “. I checked out in Tatyana lane September 21, 2024 at 13:45:02 and she had the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. If you roll the camera back, Tatyana did not greet me, but did greet the Caucasian males. Sad part about it Tatyana is black and I am black. I don’t care about color what I care about is her perception of customer service when it comes to race. Say hello to everyone not just Caucasian customers that you think leave reviews. I only typically leave a review when I have an exceptional experience or a horrific experience. She does not need to work in customer services until she can do better. I reached back out to the store to notify them of the situation and was told that the store manager will contact me on the next day(Monday). Today is Monday and I haven’t hears anything so I called and spoke with assistant manager due to being told that store manager wasn’t in. The assistant manager reached out to out to the store manager and I was then told to come by the store on Tuesday.
