Don't get me wrong it's definitely a smoke shop that has every one of your basic and even picky needs. The only situation I've came across so far that I did not like was the fact of getting stale tobacco products in which is a big no no for me I smoke a specific brand and when it comes down to it nobody should have to purchase a stale cigarette or any form or tobacco with the amount of money a single pack or item for that matter and it not be the businesses problem that sold them to you. I have frequented this place for months but after my last visit i will never go here again. The female owner had the worst personality she even yelled at me out the drive thru window as i was driving off. I pulled back up and got out and she came outside yelling at me to get off her property simply cause i asked a question. The husband is nice but i will never spend another dollar here due to the way she treated me. I left the product i paid for in the parking lot. You can't use a debit card unless you spend 10 dollars or more, don't bother asking if you can pay her a 50 cent or dollar fee to cover the cost she will...

The store was clean, welcoming, smoke free, and well organized. Zee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn't rush me with my purchase nor try to get me to purchase something I didn't need. Plus, to make this store 10xs better than the rest, they are the ONLY ones, at this current moment, stocked with a certain item a lot of people are searching for! NLR, Sherwood, & Jacksonville tobacco shop's are all out with no expectations of when the item will be restocked. Looks like I just found my new go to tobacco...
