Walgreens — Local services in Cahokia

Wish I could give pharmacy 0 stars. Daughter had prescription called in for ear infection . We called and a pharmacist said give us 30 minutes and you should receive a call that it’s ready and they verified phone number. We called 40 minutes later to check status and it was an automated system that said it was ready. When I got there the pharmacy closed for inclement weather. We were stuck with a 4 year old screaming and crying because they couldn’t call us to tell us to either come get the meds or call it to another location for us. Terrible service if you ask me! Come to find out they left early at 6, but they closed at 7 anyways- one person could not have stayed...

I got my doctor to call a prescription into the camp Jackson location because that location was the closest to my job. I got that prescription called in at 12:45. I'm here at 3:45 to pick up my prescription and it's still not ready. Why..? 3 hours wasn't enough notice to have the prescription ready? So the moment I walk in the door; we can get it ready now ma'am. No that was the point of me calling in at 12:45 so you all could have had it ready mam. I should have chosen another location. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I'm a new diabetic, type 2, that just had an infected toe removed. It's been at least a month since I could test my blood sugar due to insurance, walgreens and Dr's. But even after getting it to work out, my prescriptions have been sitting on ashelve waiting to get picked up. I was told FedEx would pick them up and deliver over a w eek ago, I called back on Saturday and they were still there, waiting.
