Couchy — Local services in Caldwell

I discovered Couchy a couple years ago when we moved into our new place. Visited the warehouse with my husband, but we couldn’t agree on anything… so we limped along with ill-fitting old furniture for awhile and I diligently stalked the Couchy Facebook group for something that would meet both of our needs (I care a lot about the aesthetics of a couch, husband is more about how it feels than under his body). David was SO patient, fielding a zillion questions from me about various couch sizes and characteristics until we thought we found “the one.” We showed up to the warehouse again, only for my husband to decide that the couch we had our eye on was too soft for his taste. BUT David showed us a couple others that fit our needs and we fell in love with one! David pointed out that it currently had a significant discount on it (they occasionally do these awesome flash sales in their Facebook group) so we nabbed it. Delivery was quick, very reasonably-priced, and went extremely smoothly. We love it!!! We’ll be looking to Couchy for any future couch needs, and referring all of our friends. I saw a couch listed on Facebook Marketplace and it was one that was being offered by Couchy. David responded to me quickly and we arranged for me to come look at the couch and I let them know I was going to be leaving the state within a day and if we came to an agreement, that I would need help loading it into my cargo trailer. I went out and looked at the couch and decided right away to buy it because it was exactly as advertised. I was a bit early getting there and David had a previous engagement that he had told me he would be at. But that did not cause a problem because his associate helped me and she was awesome. I had a really hurt knee and she nearly single handedly loaded the sectional into my cargo trailer with me being of very little assistance due to my knee. She was amazing and super nice. I HIGHLY recommend Couchy to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a couch or sectional. What they advertise it what you will get and they are super nice and make your transaction super easy!...

If you are on the fence about purchasing from them, get off the fence and hit buy! From the first message I sent to David, to everything being bought, delivery set up and everything else took about 10 minutes. (I know this because we were heading out, and I told my husband to give me a few minutes to purchase a sofa). David has amazing customer service, he answered all my questions and was pleasant to work with. Amanda arrived on time, gave me a heads up when she was on her way, had all the tools needed for the delivery and was an absolute blast! I was so happy with my sectional!
