My beautiful Challenger was damaged when someone backed into the back corner. I was distraught... it's a 2010 with 27k miles on it, stored winters and I avoid driving it in rain. The way it was crinkled, I was concerned the rear quarter would have to be replaced, compromising the factory welds. I didn't know any good body shops, but just moved to Corunna and found Ordway's website. No one else had one, and I wanted to see before and after pics. I called and talked to a tech, then dropped my 'baby' off for the work. Bottom line? It's absolutely beautiful! they didn't replace the quarter and repaired that crinkle like magic. I can't feel a ripple and the paint matches perfectly! Everyone there is great to talk to, they are all about their reputation and they honor the family...

Brought Mercedes in for front end damage repair. The quality of work was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Upon picking up the car, the left fender was over a 1/2 inch out of place. The parking assist constantly goes off because they didn’t repair the sensors. When I asked about this issue they told me they received a bad part from Mercedes and had already painted so now they couldn’t return it. Now when I back up and turn the wheel my tires rub on the wheel well. Do NOT take your car there. They are more concerned with the turnaround time. I said I was NOT in a hurry and they replied with “well, it’s deer season”.

They were amazing! Got us right in for a quote and worked with our insurance to help get our claim squared away. It did take about 2 months before we could get the work done but that was because there were a lot of others ahead of us and waiting on parts. Once they had our car they found more damage and again worked with our insurance to get it squared away. We literally cannot tell where there was any damage to our vehicle. They even had to order special things to mix the paint for our car. Would definitely recommend working with them. Very friendly staff and high...
