Farm is really nice. Petting zoo is great. Good photo ops. Lots of thing for the kids. Bounce house, Playground, haunted house, corn maze, train ride, pony ride. The 2 young men running the pony ride make for this to only be a 3 star review. 10 people waiting in line for the ride with their kids and they said that the ponies needed a break. Completely understand. 15 minute break so we went to do other fun things while we waited for the break to end. After 10 minutes we decided to go back and wait in line. A few drops of rain, sprinkle, started and the 2 men then said oh what fun it's starting to rain. They talked amongst themself then said need to take the ponies back to the barn cause it is raining. A few drops of rain and they decided to stop the ride. The one man talked into his phone to no one and said oh take the ponies in. We asked when they would be back and they said when it's not raining and dry. They gathered the ponies and opened the coral and said move we are coming out. My 2 year old was really upset as she loves pony rides and animals. This really ruined a nice day. We did get our money back for the pony ride as the girl at the ticket booth was really sweet and saw how sad my daughter was. The 2 guys running the pony ride need to be taught some manners and how to deal with the public and small children, and when asked a question to show respect to elders and answer in a professional manner. I really don't know if we...
Read moreIt was pretty disappointing. Our family has gone to this place for years upon years. I don't mind paying to get in but it should have been advertised before hand. I felt a little scammed. Yes I could have left but break my 4 year old daughter's heart wasn't going to happen. Like I said I get charging people but why the adults? I mean the stuff I was told the10$ was for, are all activities for kids. There was no food to even buy to feed the animals. All the little machines were empty. To ride a pony for a couple minutes was 5$. They had this little train trolly thing but it was for small kids and I'm not letting my small daughter go around the patch without me. On the playset they had my daughter went to climb up the "rock climber" and the things to hold on to or push yourself up with; half were missing and some were so loose they spun in circles. Needless to say she couldn't climb. The inflatables were only 2 slides and a small house for really young ones. There were 2 that weren't even being used. I mean we went on a Saturday. They had a DJ which was ridiculous; it's a pumpkin patch not a club. I mean where is the liquor then? I miss the pumpkin patch from before, that I was hoping to share with...
Read moreWe have made this a yearly tradition when I was younger and have even continued the tradition with my kids. Ever since the new owners took over, it has gone down hill. Waited it line for 15 minutes at "Scarebucks" with only 4 people ahead of me to order some apple cider slushies, only to find out that they now only carry it at the corn hut. But yet it was posted on the order board. What?! Head over to the corn hut and the slushie machine had plenty of it already made when a worker came over a poured in a while gallon of cider. We then had to wait fifteen minutes and it was still very soupy. I always order donuts. It's a must have there. Depending on if I pick up for my family, friends or co-workers, I always pick up at least a dozen of apple cider and a dozen of the very delicious pumpkin donuts. We were then told that they were all out of pumpkin and were not making anymore and that you were only allowed one dozen per family. Wait..what?! The employees always seem to make you feel like you are bothering them. I'm not so sure that this is a tradition that I...
