Sheriff's Meat Processing — Local services in Calhoun

Took my pig to be processed for the first time here. It was closer to home than my normal processor so I wanted to give them a chance. They can't even get an order right. Now I'm stuck with 75 lb sausage instead of ground pork. I cannot recommend if they can't even write up the order correctly. I have used Sheriff's for several years and ALWAYS found the experience to be good. I've taken an FFA pig bought from the local FFA club at the high school, I've bought meat from them, both pork and beef, and now as a first year pig farmer raising pasture raised Big Black Hogs I will be using them as my regular slaughterhouse.
