The management is super nice and accommodating. The amenities are beautiful and the rules are enforced so it stays nice. The cottages are lovely and quite considering you are attached to other people. However the parking situation will be hard to manage once you get the neighborhood finished. I can't park my car and truck in my garage/driveway because they make us store our garbage cans in our garages. The internet hookup is in the garage which makes no sense I have to run a bunch of cords from my garage to my living room and bedroom. They could have run it to my living room they (at&t) told me they could have easily set it up in the most convenient spot but the ridge would...
