Harps Food Stores — Local services in Calico Rock

I'm not much of a shopper, but the employees were FANTASTIC!!!! I'm from out of town, I didn't know the layout of the store. The local folks (other patrons) were so friendly and again, the employees were excellent. Also the store was absurdly well stocked. They had items I couldn't get at my local Wal-Mart or Kroger. I'm a Harps fan for life. And since I'm here exploring property to buy I assure you I'll be returning. I have always been one to prefer shopping at my local stores but I am done paying higher prices for crappy service. I have tried asking questions before just to realize that the workers had AirPods in and could not hear me. I have waited at the register multiple times, waiting for the young cashiers to finish texting before ringing my items up. The cherry on top was simply never being spoken too. I even had two different cashiers this last transaction and not one word...

Not the biggest, but the workers make it the best. Need a loaf of bread, a golden bell pepper or a Sunday roast? It's all jammed into this store that saves hours of driving. Everyone who works there is ready to help and provides the best in meats, produce, frozen foods and canned goods available. Most of the year they have a good selection of plants for your garden or mums for the front porch. Go in for a loaf of bread and come out with a basket full. Happens to me...
