I have a huge problem with how Red Earth did their Fathers Day envelopes for you to win up to $8000. My husband went in the casino on Fathers day. He went to the kiosk, swiped his card and he had $50 freeplay and $20 fathers day gift.. which equals $70. Then he went up to the rewards desk and was told he could pull a card to win more freeplay, and he pulled a $20 card so that would have equaled $90 since $70 + $20 is $90, but he only got $70 on his card so we went up to inquire about the extra $20 and they said we already redeemed it and we argued and said how is that possible? They said that the $20 on his card when he swiped was the same as the card he pulled. If he had pulled a $50 ticket then he would have received $30 extra dollars. I then asked her why even have him pull an envelope if you arnt going to add what he pulls onto the card... something is wrong with this system. Since Red Earth changed their management, it like all common sense has gone out the window. Not to mention they got rid of the free water bottles... and you have to pay 75 cents to get any sort of dipping sauce for your food. . Even chicken fingers which should come with at least 1...
