I called of course heating and AC Plumbing whatever and I had had a situation where I was screwed over financially by Russells and initially of course made me an appointment and then within approximately 1 hour a message was left for me that they can no longer help me or ever service me because they were buying out Russells and they found out I had a bond claim against Russell's. This is a situation where I am trying to go to court over ultimately I would never ever do business with Russell's or of course and sense of course is buying out Russels therefore I will never do business with them... Russell's are a bunch of crooks and if anyone wants the details I'll be glad to provide them to you because they actually initially told me they'd refund me for the situation they put me in and then they refused and what's funny is they actually put it in writing in emails and they reneged on compensating me. This was all during a time when I had just become a widow and they were fully aware of that fact and I didn't know enough about heating and air conditioning to know what I was getting into and they had some shyster men who decided it was appropriate behavior to screw over a little Widow..... and the thing is the refund I was asking for which they owed me was a drop in the bucket and I would have provided the part back to them as well and they decided it was better to screw over a...

I had been searching for a good honest, professional and reliable air conditioning company. I had some across a few dishonest companies that made me have doubt and frustration. Until I happen to find the company " Of Course" air conditioning company. The name caught my eye. I read the reviews and realized it had good reviews. I decided to contact them via text. They were prompt to response. The service appointment was set up. They considered the customers availability. Which was greatly appreciated! Before the technician arrived, they send a picture of the technician, name and a personal profile on interest they enjoy doing. It was helpful knowing who is going to come to do the service. Once Angel arrived he was cordial, professional and pleasant. Right away I felt comfortable doing business with them. He went on to explaining what he was going to do. He went over everything very thoroughly. He mentioned and explained the discount plan they offer. Which was AWESOME! The pricing is reasonable and affordable. And most of all, I finally found a company that I was not left with doubt and unpleasant to deal with. Instead the visit was a wonderful experience, knowing they are honest and reliable company! Two weeks ago one of our two 23 year old air conditioners/heaters broke. I did some research on HVAC companies. I reached out to AM HVAC and Electrical. There was very good feedback from customers. Andrew came out and checked the condenser and saw freon and oil leaking. He also checked out the heater and air conditioners. He recommended we replace both condensers and AC/heaters. The next day Angel came out and checked and measured all we needed to replace. He said they could come Monday or Tuesday—we went with Tuesday. On Tuesday it was so awesome to see all of the items to install delivered! There was also 4 or 5 installers who arrived at 9:00 am. Some were working outside, the others working inside. First removing old pieces, then installing new pieces. They were done in six hours removing and installing. Before they all left Andrew helped me install an app on my iPhone to choose cool, hot, enter whatever temperature you want etc. You can use the wall control or your phone to input whatever you want the AC/Heater to do. It was a bit overwhelming to buy new AC/heaters/condensers in living here in less than two years, but we are thinking this is an investment that would help us sell this house if we every decide or need to move out in the future.
