Rented a rug doctor from the store drove 15 miles there to get it drove 15 back home to find out they never gave me the attachment. Drove back to get the attachment only to e told they have one attachment and that it was rented out. So I drove back home picked up the rug doctor to return thinking I would get my money back only to be told no by an employee. Called the manager the next day to have a lengthy conversation about how she wasn't going to refund my money this is after she said they have only one attachment and that it was rented with the other rug doctor.
